    super pump 250 is awesome. i saw results within 2 weeks. a little more definition. i have the raspberry, and to be honest i really don’t like the flavor, very tangy and well, lets just say next time i’ll stick with fruit punch or somthing like that.

    grape tastes like grape kool-aid completely, so that is the best flavor in my opinion. Also, this stuff actually works. Normally when you see things that are all like “oh my god, thing X is amaazing! Buy it now!!” it’s a bunch of BS, but if you can find this for like under $40, it’s SO worth it.

    SuperPump 250 is by far the best supplement that I have ever used! I have been using it for about one week and have seen tremendous results. I have lost three pounds and have see great results in muscle building. The only flavor I have tried is Orange and I will not try any other. SuperPump 250 is my rock!

    I recently purchased the ornage flavor and it is quite tolerable in taste. The first day trying the product was awesome. The second was good also. I am following the directions on the product container to the letter. I feel a strange head rush after consuming the product. I am guessing that is the caffeine. I do not like it but the pro’s totally outweigh the con’s for me on this product.

    I have the Raspberry Lemonade and honestly its kinda sour… if you’ve ever had a sour Slush Puppy and had extra “SHOCKERS” added, well, its alot like drinking pure Shocker juice. I just bought it a few days ago, and it was the only option i had since they were out of all other flavors… Me personally, im not too affected by the “puking” side affect, but i DID notice it made me kinda drowzy later on… anyone else had this side affect?

    I got the fruit punch and mixed it with a 100% tropical fruit juice and water and didn’t taste it at all. First work out was incredible, I even cut my yard with a pushmower after a set of squats and deadlifts. Don’t take anywhere near bedtime!!

    I’ve got a couple of good things and a couple of bad things to say about it. First, I liked how overtime it can actually increase my strength, and it had, too! Second is how many 3-scoop dosages I can get out of just one container. But now to the questionables: the flavor is more than just a tad bit “off”, and I’m suspicious of one specific ingredient, Turkesterone, in the mix. I’d try another flavor sometime, maybe grape or orange.

    this stuff works…I use 2 scoops before a workout and i dont get fatigued. I love it. Phenomenal product, and in my personal opinion, it beats out nano vapor. Vapor gave me a migraine so bad I passed out. But I defintiely give SuperPump 250 my thumbs and biceps up.

    your body will have to get used to this product before it settles down, been on it for 4 days now, been sick on a couple of training days and yes it makes you a little loose on the bog but its just like anything new you introduce to your body. i will be back.

    I have only used it 2 days now, but what a difference in my workouts. Though im cutting the dosage and going to ease into it a bit. I have not slept, and am sick to my stomach. Lost it after my second workout . . thank god for gym garbage cans. Deal was I worked out harder than i have in years and did not realize it till too late. My metabolism has gone through the roof though. Huge bonus for me, I have struggled with thyroid and slow metab for years. For strength and fat loss I feel like hope is in sight now.

    sp 250 works my first 2 workouts were unreal my arms were so pumped felt like the skin was ready to rip i did take 3 scoops each time but felt like crap after it tasts like crap but works

    I took it for the first time yesterday morning and instead of my usual 1 1/2 hour work out I did 3 and could have done more. Though I had no side effects asides from waking up once or twice when i was sleeping it kind of freaked me out that I could lift more and my cardio didn’t kick my butt like usual. I work nights so it hasn’t been a full 24 hours, but I can still feel like I took it. I’m using it again this morning. I’m only taking 20 grams which is 1 scoop and trust me it’s enough…and this is coming from a 200 lbs guy.

    Why doesn’t it mention that it can potentially give heart problems and erectile disfunction? I’ve had an athlete of 22 get picked up by an ambulance for heart failure while taking this product before his workouts 2 to 3 times a week for a month, and another 18 year old complain about sudden erectile disfuntion only on the days when he took this product after only having been takinging it for 3 weeks. Can anyone inform me on what could be the problem here? because I’m considering not selling it at my gym at all anymore.

    I had the orange flavoured one today, 1 scoop, it felt pretty good but it wasn’t that much of a difference to creatine. But I’m worried the side effects will become more severe if I have 2 or 3 scoops.

    Hi 24corey I have had the same effect of erectile dysfunction by using just one sample packet of Superpump not to mention tremors and sleeplessness. Do you have any updates on this possible sideffects being experienced by people.

    I had my first workout with Superpump today. I had a great workout, I lifted more weight than I had before. I am at home now, and I have been for about 30 mins. I am feeling a little bit shaky, and my blood pressure and pulse are still very high, and I am having some nausea, Is anyone else having these problems?

    I started taking SP250 three days ago and had no problems.The 1st day i took 1scope 2nd day 2scopes and 2day will be my 3rd day and im going to take 3scopes and maybe stay with 3scopes.SP250 is the BEST pre-workout I ever took.

    i got all those side effects after the first and up to now, a week later.
    its not very concerning to me, but i nearly threw up today and my heart was beating very fast…yes , i increased energy and strength at gym but i dont think i take this supp any more

    eat a small meal before you take superpump250, also consume alot of water while working out, with that you will not get these “headrushes” or nausea.
    if you take more than one scoop your just asking for caffene sickness

    Wow, I’m not sure how safe it is guys. During my 50 minutes workout first 40 minutes i felt great, definitely much more energy, i pushed myself pretty hard. Last ten minutes I started getting shaky, my eyes almost popped put and my heart almost exploaded. I almost passed out. Took me one hour to be able to walk normally without my head spinning and feeling sick. That just after one scoop. Freaky, don’t you think?

    First of all, out of all the pre-workout products I’ve tried, superpump is the best by far. The pump and the results beat NO XPlode. I’m probably one of the few who gets major headaches.. anyone know how to get rid of them besides going to sleep? Drinking water doesn’t seem to help.

    Im thinking about getting some superpump 250 but im not sure if im the right age im only 15, but aside from that earlier today i was on the internet and i searched for the best bodybuilding supp’s for teens and this was supposively the best on the market. Should i take it or will it be to much of a risk?

    21 years old. (200lb) superpump is by far the best pre workout supplement on the market.. i take 2 scoops of blue raspberry on gym days 30-40mins before.. i had one amazing headrush/focus towards the weights plus some insane pumps

    I’m on my 2nd container. Also tried NanoVapor. I can’t say one is better than the other because they both produce different sensations in the gym, and they both improve the workouts immensely.

    As for headrush etc, I occasionally get a short “spin” right after a set, but it goes away quickly, and isn’t too unlike being winded in the first place.

    I think most of the complaints are actually from caffeine excess. Any problems I have had with it (occasional tremors etc) are identical to the way I feel if I’ve been drinking far too much coffee.

    I’ve never gotten upset stomach from it. But then again, I used to take Creatine Monohydrate and later, Purple K, so I’m pretty used to having it in my stomach.

    I only take one scoop on an empty stomach 1/2 hour before training at 7:30 in the morning.
    I Drink plenty of water with a little Gatorade mix for taste. I train much harder and longer on super pump. I get a little jittery for about 1 to 2 hours after post workout shower. The difference is amazing on or off Super Pump 250. I tried stacking with it but my body just got to amped up. I do not think anyone needs more than one scoop and do not drink anything with caffeine or you will be bouncing off the walls .     I just bought this product two days ago 1st day was a leg day i gulped the fruit punch down it wasnt to bad of a taste but i cant say i liked it after workouts i ran 2 miles id say the energy was amazing but even though i took it at 2:30 i got maybe 2 or 3 hours of sleep wich pissed me off tonight will be my seconed night of it and if i cant sleep ill go buy some of the amp muscle ignitor wich seemed to give the same energy just not keep me up all night.. i also have a question should i get the jitters from this if im taking the right dosage because i know the amp gave me jitters thats how i knew it worked but i cant really tell if the sp250 is working or not maybe i should up to 3 scoops?

    i have been taking sp for 2 weeks and have seen drastic results…if used correctly at the gym everyday, it can do wonders. i have the blue raspberry ice, and it is the best flavor, orange is the worst. superpump changed my workout experience. crack for the gym.

    Just recently I purchased your product. The taste of fruit punch is delightfull and I am confident I will see results by the time summer rolls around. However, I am disapointed as to the volume of the container. I believe you could at least up the content to 3/4 of the way full as apposed to 1/2!

    While researching this I noticed that you tend to get dehydrated as noted earlier. In order to combat that and the flavor issue i have used Gatorade (cool blue flavor). you get your electrolytes and it makes the SP 250 taste smooth! Using the Fruit Punch flavor.
