i agree with roxanne, For the price you pay for super pump i think you should get at least 3/4 of a bottle it is a little disappointing to open up a $75.00 bottle of supplement only to find out you got half of what you wanted. But on the upside this is the best work out formula i have EVER tasted or used !!!!!!!!!!!! my first experience came after choking down a bottle of N.O. Xplode (like chewing asprin) it was heaven when i first tasted it but heaven in the gym as well when my bench press went from 225 to 260 in a week and tore my arms UP!!!!!!!!!! i will continue buying and using this forever!!!!!!!
I’ve been using different N.O. products for a year now, SP 250 being the first ever supplement. You read many articles suggesting this or that product, each saying that it’s the best in the market etc etc etc. Having said this, I have to confess one thing: SP 250 is the one product I still like and the only one I want to ever return to. Granted, every 6 weeks it’s good to change supplement or to stop for some time, so that the body does not get used to the formula. However with all the products out there, it’s super pump that gives me that boost, an energy to push it a bit more than usual, without the excessive surge or even dizziness that you experience with other products. Martin I so agree with you , i had been on supuerpump 250 and had a few minor superpump 250 side effects like , going to the bathroom pre workout, and after a 1 month , had a little throat irritation or gauging reflex when i ate food after. If i stopped it went away. So as in your recommendation to switch up the sups for you body dont get used to the products. I am not taking sp 250 right now but trust me after my month off period im back. OH ya one quick word of advice to newbies to the product, start with one scoop, i tried 2 1/2 and was so jacked up. 1 to 1 1/2 scoop is plenty. Superpump 250 is the best prework out supplement on the market imo.
did any of you actually get diarrhea?
Sasha , i didnt get Diarrhea per se but i did have movements pre workout on several occasions. I have been trying no xplode, jack3d and mph trac extreme NO, and am back to realizing that superpump 250 was the best pre workout sup, now if you are concerned with the side effects you will need to weigh out them for you. But for me superump gave me the best results , and the minor sideffects just dont matter.
Lastly ,i think its funny some call it superdump, but do you want to get huge? this is the real decision. good luck but if it was me i would rush out and try it asap. you will thank me when you are taking your shirt off for summer. lol iight to long of a post. Lift heavy , eat healthy and pump it up.
Superpump 250 works great! No Xplode is gross and doesnt give you a physical pump like SP250!
hi i have been using the tropical superpump with 1 scop then after 3 days tryed 2 scoops then i have the sh** aww day should i eat sumthin wth it or go back dwn to 1 scoop ans stat on 1 scoop?

I just started using this a week ago and can not believe the difference it has already made in my work outs and over all results. I’ve NEVER seen results this quick when previously working out. LOVE this stuff!
SuperPump is a great product but i been getting headaches for the past 2 days. Could be my fault though. 1st day i used only one scoop and then used 3 scoops after that day and on and its been only 4 days. try to find the amount that fits you best.
Stamati, have you been drinking enough water? Also keep in mind superpump 250 has a lot of caffeine so if you are not used to it this is most likely causing your headaches. I would stick to 1 scoop for 1-2 months and then move up to 1 1/2 scoops. 3 scoops is way way to much for the average person under 200 pounds. Hope this helps.
I’ve been using sp250 for a while and it works for me and i also have had almost every flavor and they are all the best tasting supplements i ever had. I get those side effects but its worth it for the results.

Has anyone else had throat irritation? I noticed that one other person said they did briefly. Mine started yesterday. It feels scratchy almost. I constantly try to clear it always seems to be to no avail. I take 1 scoop 3 times a week and drink a decent amount of water.
The worst side effect is sleeplessness. I cannot take superpump after 12 noon and fall asleep at night. I need to take superpump like 12-14 hours before bed, or i will be up ALL NIGHT. Its terrible.

am goin to start sp250 on monday..question is i wanna take it after work which is 4:30 pm then work out about 5pm.am i goin to be able to sleep at 11pm or am i gonna be up alll night..another thing do i need to take anythign else with it like cell tech or nitro tech..or sp250 alone will show results
Sup Robert, I would take only 1 scoop and see how it goes, 4:30-11 window might be tough depending how sensitive you are with caffeine and other stimulants. If you are super concerned start with a 1/2 scoop and then each workout add a 1/4 scoop until you get best balance. For Me 2 scoops is to much to take at 4:30 i usually cant go to bed until 12-1 am. But I am very sensitive to caffeine. Your second question is up to you. I would not take anything else pre workout but I would have a nice post drink ready. Eat Train Grow!
i just tried 1scoop..didnt really do anything.i used it 30minutes b4 my workout.i weigh about 200 maybe 1 scoop is not enough or maybe because its my first time using it not sure..please advise..ty veryy much
In that case I would go up to 2 scoops and see how it goes. Also one thing to keep in mind is… how long ago from the time you take superpump 250 was it from when you have eaten your last whole food meal. The closer together the least effective superpump will feel (IMO) since its mixing with your digesting food.
It seems best for me to have not eaten a whole meal at least 1 hour before (min) and usually i go 1:30-2 hours before and have a very small snack 30 min out. Then take superpump. This is just what works best for me.
The max scoops on the label is 3 so dont exceed that.

THe only issue I have with this product is sleeplessness. I usually take ONLY 1/2 scoop around 6pm before training and I can never fall asleep until at least 2 in the morning!!!!!!! I can’t imagine taking a full scoop at night i would never be able to sleep. This is not cool when i have to be up for work at 6am ugh

I have just started SP250 only 2 days and yes awesome workouts it’s been great. Weighing 148lbs, age 42 female. First day I tryed 1 scoop and great workout, second day tryed 1 1/2 scoops and pumped out 107.5kg olympic bar squats which was better then the day before, tommorrow I will try 2 scoops and see how I go? I think already 2 scoops would be appropriate, so to me it’s using your common sence and go with where your body is at with how many scoops you take.

I took 1 scoop on saturday at about 13:30 (workout at 14:15), i didnt sleep very well at all that night!
The effects were great during the workout though!
Do you think if I take a scoop on waking up in the morning (7.30am) the effects will still kick in when I go to the gym 12 hours later? (7pm). This is for weekdays.

I have been using SuperPump 250 for about 4 years. For me, the Orange tastes great. I mix one scoop and a pinch with some crushed ice and about 6 oz of water into my Magic Bullet and blend in into an “Icee”-like mix. My morning coffee. Workouts are great, and yes, it will help you “detox”, but not uncomfortably so. If you are moving your bowels regularly, it should not be a problem. A small amount of oatmeal or some cereal may help with any stomach issues, but I haven’t noticed any taking it straight up. I am 56, been training since I was 15. 203 lbs. Note: I sometimes add about 5 grams of additional creatine. My beverage of choice for long car trips! Hope this helps someone.
I have been taking super pump250 for about a week. Great energy and pumps. Also abrupt removel of wastes. Which is kinda an upside I suppose to removing excess waste. But when your deucing 5 to 6 times it gets a bit excessive.

SP250 is a good product but i tried 3 scoops and i could not stop working out my body was so pumped and i could not get to sleep for 12 to 13 hours after taking i weight 225 lbs and have been on 2 scoops for a week now.
This stuff is awesome! It gives you a great pumped feeling. I haven’t really noticed any case of the Pillsbury Squirts or splatter pants yet, but I have had a little bit of a stomach ache. This stuff makes me sweat a lot, so you gotta make sure you drink a lot of water. I love the lemonade flavor

Well I have been workin out for abt 3 months now and it wasn’t until a week ago I started takeing sp250 and I realy started seeing results and so did others, I just feel kinda restless at night but other than that it’s great.
My husband is using sp 250, his attitude and temper has gotten worse the longer he is on it. I worry that if he continues to use sp 250 that this will get worse. Has anyone else had this reaction?
I have been taking sp250 for 2 weeks now. First week one scoop and now 2. My bench has gone up 35 lbs in 2 weeks. However, i always hae to “go” wen i get home and have been gettig stomach aches but the results are well worth the side effects.

I usually take Super Pump 30 to 45 min. before I start working out. The stuff works great. I just hate how it gives you gas and you have to crap all the time. Sometimes I also experience a tiredness/lightheaded feeling a few hours after I take it. I really dislike the side effects, but the stuff DOES work well. I just can’t wait to finish this tub so I can cycle back onto Jack3d.
I love super pump its amazing, but i piss like 40 times a day, not even exaggerating. Also even if i take it in the morning (@9am is when i take it)
i still have problems sleeping, and most importantly im never hungry when i take it, when i dont take it i eat like an animal…just curious if anyone else has these side effects.

i have been using this product for a 2 weeks now and the results can already be seen, but the side effect of sleeplessness is killing me. this past week i can only say i have got a total of 12 hours of sleep. I have been taking 2 scoops since the start of my second week. need some info on whats going on.

Superpump250 was really working for me. However, I have had some serious side effects afterwards.
During workout, I had a breathing problem. While I was on the way home, suddenly strong dizziness, increased heart rate and shortness of breath attack me. I was almos died from the sympton. Nitro oxide which widen vessels, especially lung.
So lung was confused oxygen supply and demand by the chemical substance. When I took NO explode, I had this kind of symoton. I have to stay away from No products. I still have side effects of it even thohgh it passed almost a week. Do not take exceed the dosage!! It kills you!!
